摘 要:针对我国煤矿日益严重的顶板涌(突)水问题,提出了解决煤层顶板涌(突)水条件定量评价的“三图-双预测法”,并在开滦荆各庄矿和东欢坨矿得到成功的应用.在对荆各庄矿煤9顶板直接充水含水层的富水性和开采顶板冒落的安全性进行分区研究的基础上,运用多源地学信息复合叠加原理,提出了煤9顶板冒落涌(突)水条件综合分区的划分方案.最后运用国际先进的Visual Modflow 专业软件对即将回采的2099,2393两工作面的工程涌水量和顶板直接充水含水层的采前预疏放方案进行了动态预测.

Abstract:In the light of more and more serious water bursting problems on roof of coal layers, a new method which is called as “three maps-two predictions” is put forward firstly. The method has been successfully applied to solve the roof water bursting problems at Jinggezhuang and Donghuantuo Coal Mine in Kailuan. On basis of division researchs for aquifer water-enrichment and inbreak in safety of coal seam No.9 in Jinggezhuang Coal Mine, the final comprehensive division program of water bursting conditions is presented through overlapping of multiple source geo-information. Finally, both water bursting inflows of mining faces 2099 and 2393 and beforehand dewatering program for the water-filling aquifer are predicted by utilizing advanced professional software Visual Modflow.

煤层底板突水问题一直是困扰华北型煤田煤炭工业可持续性发展的主要水患,其顶板水问题可用留设有效防水煤柱措施加以解决.但是,随着矿山开采深度逐渐加大和下组煤开采,顶板冒落沟通上覆含水层而导致顶板涌(突)水灾害发生或恶化工作面生产环境的实例日益增多,例如开滦矿务局目前近一半的生产矿井遭受顶板水害的严重威胁.以荆各庄矿为例,该矿自1979 年正式投产以来,共发生了3次大的突水事故,均为煤9顶板突水,突水水源是煤9上覆的煤5顶板砂岩裂隙含水层,其最大突水量高达44 m3/min,造成工作面整体被淹,生产被迫终止.另外,根据目前矿井涌水量实测资料统计,荆各庄矿煤5顶板砂岩裂隙水占矿井总涌水量的50%左右,即将开采的2099和2393工作面正位于断层带附近,故上覆充水含水层对矿井安全生产威胁很大.
因此,如何解决煤9回采的顶板涌(突)水条件定量评价问题,对扭转荆各庄矿目前煤炭生产的被动局面具有极其重要的理论指导意义和实用价值.
笔者根据多年工作实践,提出了解决煤层
