张双楼煤矿煤炭氧化自燃实验与分析

摘 要:为了找出张双楼煤矿预测预报煤层自燃的可靠指标,通过对该矿烟煤的升温氧化试验,全面地分析了烟煤氧化的气体成分变化规律,得出烟煤氧化存在五级氧化过程。张双楼煤矿预测预报煤炭自燃应采用以CO为主、C2H6和C2H4为辅的标准气体指标。

关键词:氧化速率;五级氧化;标志性气体

Experiment and Analysis on Coal Spontaneous Combustion in Zhangshuanglou Coal MineLI Li,ZHANG Ren-wei,PEI Xiao-dong,WANG Liang(College of Energy Sources and safety,CUMT, Xuzhou221008,China)Abstract:Through the experiment of the temperature raising oxidize testing to the bituminous coal of Zhangshuanglou coal mine, thisarticle completely analyzed the changing laws of the composition of the gas, and gives the five oxidizing process in the oxidation of bi-tuminous coal ,and propose some reliable index which predicts the coal’s spontaneous combustion in Zhangshuanglou coal mine. Theconclusion is that the Zhangshuanglou coal mine’s spontaneous combustion prediction gas marker should adopt the as the main andandas the assistant.Key words:oxidize speed;five gas oxidizing;gas marker
